Merino wool has an amazing strength to weight ration. It is over 6 times stronger than cotton and for its weight, is incredibly durable. Coupled with a air blown EVA outsole, our shoes are some of the lightest weight sneakers on the market. An average pair of our shoes weighs XX oz. A key factor in the tiring of feet, is the actual weight of your shoes.
BREATHABLE
One of Merino wool’s key characteristics is its breathability. Which also includes its ability to absorb moisture and release that moisture into the environment. This keeps you feeling cool and dry and less tired than a shoe made of plastic or leather that trap in moisture and heat.
Knitted
Wool has been used in footwear for many years, but mostly in a boiled or sheet stock format. When you spin wool into a superfine thread and digitally knit it, you promote strength, breathability and create a product that washes better, holds its intended shape and brings out all the natural benefits wool can provide.
Washable
Our merino wool is washable. Throw them in the washing machine on gentle cycle, cold water and let them air dry. This will reinvigorate all the breathability characteristics Merino wool exhibits.
Sustainable
Merino wool is a sustainable material created from the fibers of Merino Sheep bred in Australia. It can be washed sparsely, which saves energy and water. And at the end of its life, Merino wool is biodegradable.
Comfortable
All our sneakers (this does not include CAMDEN) feature removable footbeds made from a resilient material that maintains its cushion. Each footbed includes a layer of Merino wool for full coverage and comfort. Designed by an Australian orthopedic surgeon, our footbeds offer deep heel seats, arch support, and a metatarsal support bump for ultimate walking comfort.
Featuring a knitted Australian Merino wool upper, a wool lined footbed, and our signature elastic lace system, the Belmont takes athleisure to a whole new level of comfort. Re-tying Instructions:
- First, stretch the lace out!
- Next, make a big loop.
- Wrap the lace around the loop 3 or 4 times.
- Then slip the lace through the loop and slowly tighten the knot.
- Lastly, slip em' on and enjoy your beautiful knot tying skills! ;)

We only accept unworn returns from purchases made at full price on woolloomoolooshoe.com..com within 60 days of receiving your order. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.
TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN & GENERATE A RETURN LABEL
To initiate the return or exchange process and generate a shipping label for your returning shoes, simply click here. For returns, kindly note that it may take up to 3 business days to process your refund after our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned items. If you're opting for an exchange, once we verify the receipt of your returned shoes, we will promptly arrange the shipment of your exchange pair and send you the new tracking details via email, to the email address associated with your order.

REFUNDS
Depending on your financial institution, refunds normally post to your original form of payment within 1-5 business days after the date of processing. All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment – NO EXCEPTIONS. A store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund if the card is no longer active.

EXCHANGES
We now offer exchanges! Simply return your unworn item and send us a messages in the chat bubble letting us know you want an exchange. Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you request your exchange and return your original item. RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us directly at customerservice@woollooshoe.com if you received an incorrect item. We will process your return request as soon as possible.
If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement once the wrong item has been received for return by UPS.
If the correct item is not available, either store credit or a refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and processed by our returns department (typically within 3-5 days of receipt of item)
We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our returns department. You must use the Woolloomooloo Shoe UPS return label issued to be eligible for the store credit or refund.

Where are your shoes made?
We make our shoes In Asia and Mexico. The main reason: this is where Australian Merino wool goes to be cleaned and processed. So basically, we try to eliminate as much shipping as possible throughout the supply chain.

When will I get my shoes?
All orders placed by 2pm EST will ship that business day. Our warehouse is in Miami, FL and we ship UPS ground.

Our shoes are designed to provide the best experience when worn barefoot. However, if you prefer to wear socks, we recommend choosing ones made from natural fibers, such as cotton or bamboo. Avoid synthetic materials like polyester or nylon, as they may generate friction against the wool lining over time, potentially causing premature wear.
